Support structures to the reduced mobility

Ancona Airport presents the disability support, visual and motor. Here's the list:

• lifts
• toilettes
• parking near the terminal
• equipment to facilitate the embarkation and disembarkation of passengers with reduced mobility from aircraft
• designated points of arrival and departure with seats reserved for exclusive use
• call intercom system present at the departure terminal and the parking garage (ground floor, near the parking areas) for the assistance of dedicated staff

To ensure an adequate service to their needs in the shortest time possible, the request for assistance shall be notified to the airline during the flight booking and within 48 hours before the departure.

Where are they located

At Ancona airport there are 8 parking spaces at ground level in front of the arrivals and departures terminal and 24 parking spaces at the parking garage.
All parking spaces are adjacent to pedestrian exits and to the elevator, these parking spaces are marked by a special symbol, users will still need to expose the appropriate notice. For further information you can visit ENAC web site.
